1. Leistung
SafeIPTV ist eine Player-Software. Der Kaufpreis gilt nur für diese Software. Es werden keine Playlists, Kanäle, Filme, Serien oder sonstigen Streaming-Inhalte und kein IPTV-Abo geliefert. Katalog und Streams stammen ausschließlich von dem von Ihnen hinterlegten IPTV-Server bzw. der von Ihnen hinterlegten M3U-Playlist.
Mit dem Kauf über den Apple App Store erhalten Sie eine nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung auf Geräten, die mit Ihrer Apple-ID verknüpft sind, einschließlich Family Sharing nach den Regeln von Apple.
2. Nutzung
Die App darf nur mit Zugängen und Servern genutzt werden, zu deren Verwendung Sie berechtigt sind. Sie sind für die Rechtmäßigkeit Ihres Zugangs und der abgerufenen Inhalte verantwortlich. the agile squad GmbH ist kein Broadcaster, betreibt keine IPTV-Server und vermittelt keine Quellen. Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Rechtmäßigkeit von Inhalten Dritter werden nicht geschuldet.
3. Kauf
Vertragsschluss, Zahlung, Steuern, Rechnung, Widerruf und Rückerstattung richten sich nach den Bedingungen von Apple und dem anwendbaren Recht. Technischer Support: support@safe-iptv.de.
4. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften am Wohnsitz des Verbrauchers bleiben unberührt.

1. Service
SafeIPTV is player software. The purchase price covers this software only. No playlists, channels, movies, series, or other streaming content, and no IPTV subscription, are supplied. Catalogs and streams come solely from the IPTV server or M3U playlist you configure.
By purchasing via the Apple App Store you receive a non-transferable license to use the app on devices linked to your Apple ID, including Family Sharing under Apple’s rules.
2. Use
You may use the app only with credentials and servers you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your access and of the content you retrieve. the agile squad GmbH is not a broadcaster, does not operate IPTV servers, and does not provide sources. Availability, quality, and lawfulness of third-party content are not owed.
3. Purchase
Formation of contract, payment, taxes, invoices, withdrawal, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and applicable law. Technical support: support@safe-iptv.de.
4. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules at the consumer’s place of residence remain unaffected.
