Website
Beim Aufruf von safe-iptv.de, einschließlich des Abrufs dieser Texte aus der App, verarbeitet der Hoster Alfahosting GmbH (Deutschland) Server-Logs. Dazu gehören IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene URL, User-Agent und HTTP-Statuscode. Zweck sind Betrieb und Sicherheit der Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; berechtigtes Interesse: sicherer Betrieb). Speicherung nur so lange, wie dafür erforderlich. Alfahosting ist Auftragsverarbeiter; die Verarbeitung erfolgt in der EU.
Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt. Es kommt kein Tracking zum Einsatz. Die Sprache richtet sich nach dem URL-Parameter lang.
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihre Nachricht zur Bearbeitung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b oder lit. f DSGVO). Aufbewahrung nur so lange, wie zur Bearbeitung und zu gesetzlichen Pflichten erforderlich.
App
SafeIPTV ist ein Player für IPTV-Zugänge, die Sie selbst hinterlegen. Die App enthält keine eigenen Playlists, Kanäle oder Streams. Es gibt kein Backend von uns für Katalog, Verlauf oder Telemetrie.
Lokal auf Ihrem Gerät speichert die App Accountname, Benutzername und Server-URL sowie Katalog, Favoriten und Wiedergabefortschritt; das Passwort im Schlüsselbund. Bei Zugängen per M3U-Playlist liegt der vollständige Playlist-Link im Schlüsselbund, außerhalb davon nur dessen Serveradresse. Eine eingefügte Playlist speichert die App samt Stream-Adressen in ihrem Datenbereich auf dem Gerät. Ohne Ihre Zugangsdaten kann die App den Player nicht bereitstellen. the agile squad GmbH hat auf diese Daten keinen Zugriff. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Die Daten bleiben bis zur Löschung in der App, zur Deinstallation oder zur Geräterücksetzung gespeichert.
Katalog, Programmübersicht, Poster und Streams lädt das Gerät direkt von dem von Ihnen konfigurierten IPTV-Server. Bei einer M3U-Playlist lädt es die Playlist von dem hinterlegten Link (bei einer eingefügten Playlist entfällt dieser Abruf) und Streams, Senderlogos und Programmdaten (XMLTV) von den Adressen, die in der Playlist stehen. Diese können auf andere Server als den der Playlist verweisen. Für diese Verarbeitung ist der jeweilige Anbieter verantwortlich.
Zahlung und Rechnungsdaten des App-Kaufs verarbeitet Apple. Wir erhalten gegebenenfalls aggregierte Verkaufsberichte (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
Support nur, wenn Sie uns schreiben. Optional können App-Version, Systemversion, Gerätemodell und Server-URL enthalten sein, nicht das Passwort. Auf iPhone, iPad und Mac über die Mail-App an support@safe-iptv.de; auf Apple TV wird die Adresse angezeigt.
Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO sowie das Recht, sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Zuständig ist unter anderem der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Website
When you visit safe-iptv.de, including when the app loads these texts, the host Alfahosting GmbH (Germany) processes server logs. These include IP address, time, requested URL, user agent, and HTTP status code. The purpose is operating and securing the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); legitimate interest: secure operation). Data is retained only as long as needed for that purpose. Alfahosting is a processor; processing takes place in the EU.
No cookies are set. No tracking is used. Language is selected via the lang URL parameter.
If you email us, we process your message to handle the request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). Emails are retained only as long as needed for handling and legal duties.
App
SafeIPTV is a player for IPTV credentials that you provide. The app does not include playlists, channels, or streams. We have no backend for catalog, history, or telemetry.
On your device the app stores account name, username, and server URL, as well as catalog, favorites, and playback progress; the password is stored in the Keychain. For M3U playlist accounts, the full playlist link is stored in the Keychain, and only its server address is kept outside it. A pasted playlist, including its stream addresses, is stored in the app’s data area on the device. The player cannot be provided without your credentials. the agile squad GmbH cannot access this data. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). The data remains until deleted in the app, uninstallation, or device reset.
Catalog, program guide, posters, and streams are loaded by the device directly from the IPTV server you configure. For an M3U playlist, the device loads the playlist from the link you entered (for a pasted playlist, this download does not happen), and streams, channel logos, and guide data (XMLTV) from the addresses listed in the playlist. These can point to servers other than the playlist’s. The respective provider is responsible for that processing.
Payment and billing data for the app purchase are processed by Apple. We may receive aggregated sales reports (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Support only if you contact us. A message may include app version, system version, device model, and server URL, not the password. On iPhone, iPad and Mac this uses the Mail app to support@safe-iptv.de; on Apple TV the address is shown.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This includes the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
